The writer acknowledges the existence of super heroes outside of USA or UK.

But most important: he doesn’t treat them like lesser heroes who get owned by Crossbones or Red Ghost and can’t do anything right wthout Uncle Sam or the Queen.

Hauptmann Deutschland is not Blue Marvel’s sidekick or faire valoir here: he is his ally. And the Triumph Division didn’t even need his help to deal with a threat.

I’ve heard a lot of good things about Al Ewing and he very probably deserves the praise.
